  000.    My Work
I primarily accept commission requests for custom 3D models made from scratch, and my pricing is for custom work. If I take on a port, there will be a discount depending on the complexity of the port. I will not make edits to mods from other creators. Please see my pricing tables. Delivery time will vary and depend on many factors, but a ballpark time frame would be 1-3 weeks after work begins.  001.    Commission Selection
Commission selection is NOT first come first serve. I will select which commissions I take based on if I believe I can deliver a quality result in a timely manner based on my skill level and time availability. I will notify accepted commissions within 48 hours of their submission. If you do not receive contact from me via the information you provided in your form within 48 hours, then I did not select your commission request. Please send one form per design you are requesting. You may make multiple requests per open window.

  002.    Supported Base Bodies
I will only accept fashion commissions using the Neolithe body or TBSE body. This is due to my work flow and kits I use in that work flow. I will not fit the outfit to any personalized C+ customization, however, if you prefer a certain size within those bodies such as Neolithe Small, Large, TBSE X (ect), please specify in your request. At this time I am not accepting fashion commissions for Lalafel, Hrothgar (M), or Roegadyn (M).

  003.    Design Source
If you are requesting fashion to be recreated from an independent artist, then you must provide explicit permission from the original artist and a method for me to contact that artist to verify their permissions. If you have references images, please prepare to share them with me and explain in detail any deviations from the design you are looking for. If you are looking to have me design something FOR you based on some basic guidelines, please state that as well.
  004.    Group Commissions
I accept group commissions! Please elect one point of contact to submit the form and serve as the spokesperson for the group to keep communication direct and simple and to handle payment. Payment will be handled as though it is a single client. I will not accept payments from multiple parties for one invoice. I will not create multiple invoices. I will only communicate through one point of contact. I will not join group DMs for communication.

  005.    Alterations and Fixes
After a commission has been completed, I will fix any reasonable issues that were missed in the quality check-ins. This includes things like: avoidable clipping, colorset dye issues, texture artifacts. Please notify me within one week of receiving the completed commission if fixes need to be made. I will typically not make alterations based on preferences after each phase of the process has been approved by the client. However in some cases, I may make an exception, and will charge an additional fee for the alteration. I will check in for approval to proceed at the following points: 3D model draft, 3D model detailed, in game textures, color set.

  006.    Communication
Please allow 24 hours for me to respond to your communication. I ask that clients are prepared to respond to me within at least 48 hours. If I do not receive a reply to my communication attempts within 48 hours, I will assume the commission is rescinded if payment has not been made, and will cancel the commission. If payment has been made, then I will move that WIP commission to the back of the current queue and resume work on it once the queue has been moved through. You may request to know your place in the waitlist at anytime!
  007.    Payment
50% of invoice due when work is started, the remaining will be due at completion before file is sent. If initial payment is not received within 48 hours of invoice, work will not be started and client forfeits their spot. If final payment is not received, client forfeits their commission and it will be privately sold for the remaining balance to another supporter for personal use. Client will be blocked from future requests. Payments will be done through paypal invoice system or kofi commissions.
  008.    Refunds
Refunds will be issued if I am unable to continue/finish work on a commission. This will not happen sans an absolute emergency! However, if it is due to a complication on my end that a commission cannot be completed, then a full refund will be issued. Refunds will NOT be made if the client changes their mind during the process after work has begun.

  009.    Privacy Period
I will not share your commission with ANYONE during the 2 month privacy period. After 2 months your commission may be added to my Patreon and shop releases. If you would like permanent privacy for your commission, please indicate so. There is a 20% privacy fee that will be calculated in the invoice.
